A Comparative Analysis of Conversational Large Language Models in Knowledge-Based Text Generation
Evaluated conversational LLMs on the task of generating natural language from semantic triples (triple verbalization). The study identified common hallucination issues in model-generated responses and showed that performance, especially for smaller models, can be significantly improved through few-shot prompting and efficient fine-tuning.
Evaluating Large Language Models in Semantic Parsing for Conversational Question Answering over Knowledge Graphs
Investigated the effectiveness of Large Language Models (including GPT-3.5 and LLaMA) in converting natural language dialogue into structured SPARQL queries for knowledge graphs. Demonstrated that few-shot prompting and fine-tuning significantly enhance model accuracy in complex, multi-turn conversational contexts.
